Get to know me
I've never been the most physically fit or athletic person. People often ask me what I weighed in high school, but I have no clue. I just didn't care. In college, I got into lifting weights, hit the gym with friends, and felt good walking into the cafeteria compared to other guys. But did I know the number on the scale? Nope. No clue.
Then life happened. Marriage, work, responsibilities… I’d pick up workouts here and there, maybe join a gym, maybe lift a bit at home. And while it helped, I wasn’t watching what I ate or tracking progress. The results were about what you’d expect—slow creep in the wrong direction.
By 2020, in the pandemic, reality hit me: my size 38 pants were getting tight, my shirts were feeling tighter and the man-boobs were growing. At six fee tall, I had climbed to 240 pounds. That’s when I decided things needed to change. And maybe that’s why you’re here—because you’re looking at your own life, your own habits, and thinking the same thing:
“This isn’t working. It’s time for better.”

Since I have become healthier there is one question asked more than any other: What did you do?
The blogs throughout this site will speak of what I have done on my journey. The reviews are about things I have personally used, drank, eaten, or experienced. They are simply my thoughts and opinions. Just a dude (me) talking to another dude (you).
