This is Day 1 of my Disney World – 13 Days to 190 series. I’m putting this in writing so I don’t back out.
From February 10 through my final weigh-in on February 22.
I leave for Disney World on February 22nd.
This morning I stepped on the scale.
198.4 pounds.
And I decided right there — I’m making a 13-day push to get to 190 pounds before we leave.
Not because I need abs for vacation.
Not because anyone else cares.
But because I know how I feel when I’m leaner.
Less puffy.
Waist tighter.
More energy.
More confidence walking around all day.
And Disney is basically a 20,000-step-per-day endurance event.
So here’s the plan.
The 13-Day Cut Rules
Nothing crazy. Just tightening things up.
- No added sugar.
- Cut way back on carbs.
- Protein at every meal.
- No liquid calories.
- Lift 3–4 times.
- Walk daily.
- In bed at a reasonable time.
No starvation.
No crash-diet nonsense.
Just discipline.
Will I lose 8 pounds of pure fat in 13 days? No.
But I can:
- Drop inflammation.
- Drop water weight.
- Tighten digestion.
- Build momentum.
This is about flipping the switch.
A lot of guys wait for “someday.”
This is me choosing today.
Let’s see what 13 focused days can do.
